By creating an account, placing an order, or using any ShipFiwi Express service, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined herein.

These terms apply to all shipments handled through our platform.

2️⃣ NATURE OF SERVICE

ShipFiwi Express operates as a freight forwarding and logistics coordination service.

We facilitate the movement of packages through a network of third-party carriers, including but not limited to:

• Air freight providers

• Sea freight providers

• Postal services

• Local delivery companies

3️⃣ LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

ShipFiwi Express shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, or destruction of packages or items during transit.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Physical damage to goods

• Missing or lost items

• Delays in delivery

• Mishandling of packages

Customers acknowledge and agree that:

• Packages are handled by multiple third-party courier and logistics providers throughout the shipping process.

• ShipFiwi Express does not have direct control over these third-party entities.

• Any damages or losses incurred are the responsibility of the respective carrier(s) handling the shipment at the time.

4️⃣ RISK ACCEPTANCE

By using our service, you accept full responsibility and risk associated with shipping items through multiple carriers.

Customers are encouraged to:

• Properly package items for transit

• Purchase insurance where available

• Declare accurate item values

5️⃣ CLAIMS AND DISPUTES

ShipFiwi Express may, at its discretion, assist customers in filing claims with third-party carriers.

However:

• We do not guarantee claim approval, reimbursement, or compensation.

• Any reimbursement or compensation is subject strictly to the policies, procedures, limitations, and decisions of the carrier responsible for the shipment.

• Customers may be required to provide supporting documents, photographs, receipts, or other information requested for a claim.

• ShipFiwi Express is not responsible for a carrier’s decision to approve, deny, limit, or delay a claim.

6️⃣ PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED ITEMS

Customers agree not to ship any prohibited or restricted items under applicable Jamaican, international, airline, customs, carrier, or other applicable shipping regulations.

ShipFiwi Express reserves the right to refuse, hold, return, remove, or dispose of prohibited or restricted items where permitted by applicable law and carrier rules.

Customers are responsible for accurately declaring the contents and value of their shipments and for complying with all applicable restrictions.

7️⃣ INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShipFiwi Express, ShipForUs, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our services.

• Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading shipment information.

• The shipment of prohibited or restricted items.

• Your violation of these Terms of Service or applicable laws and regulations.

8️⃣ MODIFICATIONS

ShipFiwi Express reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms of Service from time to time.
