RESTRICTED & PROHIBITED ITEMS POLICY

ShipFiwi Express is committed to maintaining safe and compliant shipping operations. Certain items may be prohibited, restricted, or subject to special handling requirements by carriers, customs authorities, airlines, shipping lines, or other applicable authorities.

1. Prohibited or Restricted Items

Customers must not ship items that are prohibited by applicable law, customs requirements, transportation regulations, or the rules of the carrier being used.

Examples may include:

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances

• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or weapon components

• Explosives and fireworks

• Flammable or highly combustible materials

• Hazardous chemicals or toxic substances

• Batteries or battery-powered equipment

• Compressed gases

• Perishable or temperature-sensitive goods

• Live animals or plants where restricted

• Counterfeit or illegally reproduced goods

• Items prohibited by customs or applicable law

• Any item specifically prohibited by a carrier

2. Electronics & Fragile Items

Certain electronics, televisions, glass items, fragile goods, or oversized items may be subject to carrier restrictions, special handling requirements, additional charges, or limitations.

ShipFiwi Express does not guarantee that every item will be accepted for transportation.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for accurately declaring the contents and value of their packages and ensuring that their items are legally permitted for shipment.

4. Inspection & Refusal

ShipFiwi Express and/or its third-party carriers may inspect, refuse, delay, return, or otherwise handle a package where there is a safety, legal, customs, carrier, or compliance concern.

5. Undeclared Items

Customers who intentionally or negligently ship prohibited or restricted items may be responsible for resulting charges, penalties, delays, losses, or other consequences.
