PACKAGE RETURN POLICY

ShipFiwi Express provides freight forwarding and logistics coordination services for bringing packages from overseas to Jamaica.

1. Shipping Direction

ShipFiwi Express only offers shipping services from overseas to Jamaica.

Our service is designed to receive and transport customer packages from our overseas warehouse locations to Jamaica.

2. No Returns From Jamaica to Overseas

ShipFiwi Express does not offer the return or shipment of packages from Jamaica back to overseas destinations.

Customers should ensure that their orders are correct and that the seller or retailer’s return policy is reviewed before placing an order.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming their purchases, delivery information, item specifications, and the seller’s return terms before having an item shipped to ShipFiwi Express.

If a customer wishes to return an item to an overseas retailer after it has arrived in Jamaica, the customer must make their own arrangements directly with the retailer or another service provider that offers international return shipping.

4. Third-Party Returns

ShipFiwi Express is not responsible for arranging, paying for, or transporting customer returns from Jamaica to overseas destinations.

5. Policy Changes

ShipFiwi Express reserves the right to update this policy as our services, carrier arrangements, or operational requirements change. Any updated policy may be posted on our website and will become effective when published.
